About the Role
We are recruiting a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to support young people aged 8–18 who present with emotional and behavioural challenges in a 2 bed home.

Requirements
- Flexibility to work long shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins

- Experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential for the right person
