What the Role Involves:
- Support children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
- Help create a homely and structured environment from cooking to playing games
- Be a key part of a dedicated team, guided by managers, teachers, and therapists
- Promote positive change and long-term stability in each child’s life
Your Shift Pattern:
- Two days on, four days off (includes sleep-ins)
- Roughly 10-11 working days per month
- Set rolling rota for consistency and work-life balance

What We’re Looking For:
