Job Responsibilities:
- Provides nursing services in compliance with agency policies, state and federal regulations, and the patient's plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to the Clinical Coordinator.
- Assists physicians and/or Registered Nurses in implementing the care plan and performing specialized procedures.
- Educates patients and families on diet, medication, and treatment procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with a current Florida LPN license.
- At least one year of experience and/or training in home health care preferred.
- IV Certification preferred.
