Job Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing services in compliance with agency policies, state and federal regulations, and the patient\’s plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to the Clinical Coordinator.
• Assists physicians and/or Registered Nurses in implementing the care plan and performing specialized procedures.
• Educates patients and families on diet, medication, and treatment procedures.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with a current Florida LPN license.
• At least one year of experience and/or training in home health care preferred.
• IV Certification preferred.
