- Client Liaison Management - offering great customer service, building & maintaining relationships, including a lot of overseas investors
- Organising lettings/property viewings & inspections
- Onboarding new properties, dealing with warranties, and utilities
- Processing tenant applications and dealing with admin
- Liaising with contractors
- General admin tasks and follow-ups
- Mail Management – Open and organise post
