The Customer/Charging Service Representative role offers you the chance to provide outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will be the first point of contact, offering solutions, processing payments, and handling enquiries related to parking charges and enforcement services, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri, 16:30pm 20:00pm, 17.5 hours per week
