An experienced SAP Trainer is required to support the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme, a critical project aimed at replacing SAP Plant Maintenance. This transformation will deliver a unified, end-to-end process and toolset with connected, traceable data across all functions. The role focuses on enabling employees through access to real-time data and dashboards, ensuring strong adoption and supporting overall business value creation.
Essential Skills (All Required)
- Experienced SAP user
- 5+ years in a training creation and delivery role
- Experience in creating simulation-based training
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver SAP Manufacturing training modules to business end users
- Support organisational readiness and ensure successful adoption of system changes
- Assess and document process requirements and stakeholder needs
- Develop role-based SAP user training using:
- SAP Enable Now
- Articulate RISE
- Create training materials including:
- Instructor-led courses
- eLearning modules
- Assessments
- Videos and simulations
- Quick reference guides
- Evaluate user competency and training effectiveness
- Conduct training impact assessments
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Create and deliver process-based blended learning packages
- Facilitate engagement sessions and provide floor-walking support during go-live
- Ensure timely delivery of training plans
- Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications teams
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and professional behaviour
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering SAP training programmes
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or system deployment projects
