We deliver national and international market research studies for major consumer brands, the public sector, and charitable organisations. Our clients span retail, food & drink, automotive, travel, charity, health & beauty, finance, and media. Our unique approach combines high-quality research solutions with tools from neuroscience, social psychology, and NLP to deliver a deeper understanding of what really drives consumer behaviour.
The Role
We are building our network of freelance Market Research Interviewers who can support us on a project-by-project basis. This is not an employed role and there is no guarantee of regular work, but successful candidates will be contacted when suitable projects arise. Interviewers will typically be involved in face-to-face surveys, street intercepts, in-store interviews, exit interviews, and similar data collection tasks. All project-specific briefing and training will be provided.
Rates
Freelance interviewers will be paid Β£135 per day (or higher depending on project). Payment will be made on receipt of a valid invoice, typically within 30 days.
Locations
We are particularly looking for coverage in: Milton Keynes and its surrounding areas.
Person Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and confident when approaching members of the public
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Previous interviewing, fieldwork, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential
- MRS or similar interviewer training is an advantage
Important Notes
This is freelance, self-employed project work and not an employment contract. You will be responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and insurance arrangements. There is no guarantee of projects, but once registered, your details will be kept on file for future opportunities.
