About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with prestigious clients to design and deliver high‑impact exhibitions and booth projects that leave a lasting impression. Reporting to a Project Director, this role offers national and international travel and a hybrid working model across London, Manchester and Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch.
What will you do
- Own and manage client accounts and exhibition booth projects.
- Oversee design, production, on‑site installation and post‑event management of booths.
- Lead end‑to‑end project execution from concept through client delivery.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of client content and messaging.
- Manage event budgets, including preparation, maintenance and invoice approval.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver first‑class customer service to meet client goals.
- Develop proposals to support client objectives.
- Lead client planning meetings and post‑event debriefs.
- Collaborate with designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure high‑standard execution.
What you need to have
- Demonstrable experience in exhibit project management and technical knowledge.
- Strong organisational skills and a practical approach to project delivery.
- Experience managing show budgets from creation through reconciliation.
- Customer‑centric approach to event delivery.
- Proficiency with event SaaS, project management tools and Microsoft 365 (Excel).
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Preferably 1+ year of experience with pharmaceutical/healthcare clients.
- Effective financial management of project budgets.
- Ability to build positive client relationships across stakeholders.
