We are delighted to present an opportunity for an Event Producer to join our team and help us create moments that matter.
What you will be doing⌠As an Event Producer at Emota, you will be the driving force behind extraordinary experiences. From concept to execution, you will lead the production of events, ensuring every detail aligns with creative excellence and strategic impact. Reporting to a Senior Producer, EU, you will work with highâprofile brands and incredible talent to produce memorable experiences that engage and inspire. We offer a hybrid working approach and you will be based at one of our creative and collaborative office bases in either London or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing endâtoâend event production, from ideation to postâevent evaluation
- Collaborating with clients, creatives, and team members to bring visionary concepts to life
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver seamless, highâquality experiences
- Managing our commitment to sustainability, inclusivity and safety throughout the project lifecycle
- Anticipating challenges and blockers to success and implementing solutions that meet the project goals
- Staying ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and insights to every project
What you will need to haveâŚ
- A passion for experiential storytelling and live event production
- 3+ years of experience in event production, ideally obtained within an agency setting
- Experience managing complex projects and multiple partners
- Project management skills, taking accountability for client relationships, project financial health and event planning
- An understanding of production technology, staging and content and how to harness each to enrich your project and delight clients
- Solutionâfocused mindset and the ability to present a calm approach even at moments of pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
