Emota is seeking an Meetings and Events Operational Excellence Training Lead to drive onboarding, training and development for global meetings and events teams.
You will partner with Directors and Heads across regions to deliver a comprehensive training strategy and ensure consistency across in-person and remote environments.
You will design and deliver programmes, manage the training calendar, and support managers with coaching and development.
