Emota is an award‑winning experiential agency that delivers unforgettable brand experiences across Meetings, Events and Exhibitions. The Environments team seeks a Content Manager to collaborate with pharmaceutical and non‑healthcare clients, creating and delivering content for exhibition booths and environments worldwide. This hybrid role supports a dynamic team, requiring continuous content management, compliance coordination and creative delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive client relationships to understand brand guidelines and implement them in project design and content development.
  • Manage the project’s content schedule and serve as the key contact for partners regarding content management and delivery.
  • Work with compliance teams to understand regulatory approval processes and ensure implementation across projects.
  • Develop and update content assets across film, artwork and digital lines in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Approvals Manager to manage assets and booth designs through the approval process.
  • Provide quality control for all project assets.
  • Contribute to project team meetings and lead discussions on content types and usage.
  • Support the Project Manager with detailed schedules and keep clients and internal teams informed of progress and changes.
  • Prepare approval submissions and manage review outcomes to achieve approval status.
  • Proactively identify practical solutions for asset development and use within the compliance framework.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a Content Management role within a corporate setting.
  • Experience with compliance processes and working within regulatory frameworks, ideally in the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to significance and deadlines.
  • Balance creative work with practical delivery.
  • Manage client expectations and collaborate with clients and internal partners.
  • Strong proof‑reading skills.
  • Awareness of cost management and ability to deliver within budgets and schedules.
  • Understanding of the technical delivery of assets.
