Our mission is to combat the mental health epidemic unfolding around the world by ensuring that people have access to affordable and reliable mental health tools. We deploy deep learning AI to screen for common mental health symptoms in order to tailor digitally delivered therapeutics to a person's unique symptom profile. Our digital mental health products empower individuals and organisations to address workplace stress, burnout, and productivity challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Support the transition of current MVP products to commercialisation, implementing sales strategies and driving rapid revenue growth.
- Sales Leadership: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with medium to large enterprises, identifying their mental health needs and positioning eMoodie as their preferred solution. Develop tailored proposals and close high-value contracts to establish eMoodie in priority markets.
- Sales Strategy & Materials: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and clinical teams to develop compelling pitch decks and sales materials that effectively communicate the value of eMoodie’s solutions.
- Commercialisation Strategy: Take a proactive role in shaping the company’s commercialisation roadmap, including identifying and prioritising future market opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Support long-term growth by exploring opportunities in adjacent markets, such as healthcare, insurance, HR and licensing opportunities.
Requirements (Skills & Experience):
- Mandatory: Proven track record of SaaS sales leadership and driving significant revenue growth, ideally within a startup environment.
- Experience in business development or pricing/commercial strategy within digital mental health, HR/employee benefits, EAPs, or related sectors.
- Expertise in identifying market opportunities, crafting effective proposals, and closing contracts with medium to large enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, cultivate and manage senior-level client relationships with a results-driven approach.
- Strong skills in collaboration, negotiation, and sales-cycle management.
- Ability to set-up and maintain a market leading CRM system.
- Experience co-creating marketing collateral in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Experience of developing and maintaining a strong presence on multiple social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
