EMOI Supply is a leading beauty supply wholesaler and Eighty-8 Nail Studio is a chain of premium salons.

We serve thousands of customers and manage multiple systems across retail, e-commerce, and in-salon operations.

We are seeking an

IT Systems & Security Officer to own our technology setup, keep systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently, and drive improvements across hardware, software, and cloud platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and ensuring security.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and support all IT systems (POS, Shopify, Amazon, booking systems, email, CRM, etc.).
  • Oversee network security, backups, and data protection policies.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain staff devices (laptops, tablets, printers, etc.).
  • Provide technical support to staff across multiple locations (on-site and remote).
  • Manage software updates, licences, and system integrations.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across both companies.
  • Recommend and implement IT improvements to boost efficiency and security.
  • What You Will Need
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration and technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cloud systems.
  • Practical understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data protection laws.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or multi-location businesses is an advantage.

The Role

  • Part-time 1–2 days/week (flexible hours).
  • Hybrid working: mix of on-site in NW2 and remote work.
  • Salary based on experience and pro-rata for part-time hours.
