EMNET is looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruiter to join our growing team, supporting the best in class startups and scaling businesses across Sales and Go-To-Market hiring.

This is an opportunity to join a modern recruitment business focused on embedded talent solutions, working closely with founders, CEO's, CMO's, CRO's, operators, and high-growth companies building the next generation of technology businesses.

  • Supporting recruitment delivery across Sales, Commercial, and Go-To-Market roles
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients across the startup ecosystem
  • Managing candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination
  • Working closely with founders and hiring managers on active recruitment projects
  • Learning embedded recruitment and talent strategy within scaling businesses
  • Contributing to EMNET’s growth as we continue building our presence within the startup and technology space

Previous experience in a people-facing role (sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, events, recruitment) is required. Scotland-based candidates should be able to work in a hybrid environment (Remote considered).

Hands-on exposure to embedded recruitment and talent strategy is essential, along with clear progression opportunities as the business scales. This is a chance to help shape a modern recruitment brand from an early stage.
