EMNET is looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruiter to join our growing team, supporting the best in class startups and scaling businesses across Sales and Go-To-Market hiring. This is an opportunity to join a modern recruitment business focused on embedded talent solutions, working closely with founders, CEO's, CMO's, CRO's, operators, and high-growth companies building the next generation of technology businesses.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, people-focused, and genuinely interested in startup culture, technology, and high-growth environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting recruitment delivery across Sales, Commercial, and Go-To-Market roles
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients across the startup ecosystem
  • Managing candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination
  • Working closely with founders and hiring managers on active recruitment projects
  • Learning embedded recruitment and talent strategy within scaling businesses
  • Supporting business development and market mapping activities
  • Contributing to EMNET’s growth as we continue building our presence within the startup and technology space

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a people-facing role (sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, events, recruitment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in startups, technology, and modern go-to-market teams
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and commercially aware
  • Scotland-based and able to work in a hybrid environment (Remote considered)
