Your Role as a Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will:

  • Prepare all menu items with precision, consistency, and adherence to recipes.
  • Maintain sanitation standards that meet health department guidelines.
  • Organize and uphold assigned kitchen workstations.
  • Coordinate food production to align with service hours, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Practice safe food handling and proper storage techniques.
  • Report maintenance and repair needs for kitchen equipment to management.
  • Keep work areas clean and equipment well-maintained.
  • Perform other back-of-house duties as assigned by management.

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant.

• Knowledge of modern cooking techniques; pizza expertise is a plus!

  • A passion for food and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Calm and welcoming demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical capability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., push/pull up to 75 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with culinary tools and the ability to taste and smell for quality assurance.
