We are looking for a Junior Development Chef to support the creation and delivery of high-quality dessert products. You will work alongside the NPD Lead, helping to develop recipes,, prepare customer samples and turn kitchen concepts into factory-ready products.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the Development Chef to create and refine dessert products.
- Assisting with recipe development and kitchen trials
- Preparing samples for internal reviews, customer presentations and submissions.
- Maintaining accurate recipes, process information and trial records.
- Supporting competitor benchmarking, shelf-life testing and quality assessments.
- Working closely with Technical, Production and Commercial teams.
- Following health and safety, food safety, hygiene and allergen standards.
