This Receptionist Administrator role is an integral part of the business and this is often the first point of contact to both internal and external clients. Maintaining a professional and friendly manner is essential as this role involves dealing with people at all levels. The Receptionist Administrator role focuses on call handling and front-of-house work, but also includes file administration, data entry, and database management. We are very interested to hear from anyone with previous reception / front of house experience in any industry (Hotel / Office / Accountancy / Legal / GP Surgery etc.) The ability to work under pressure is important as they are a very busy practice. What you’ll be doing as their Receptionist Administrator * Undertaking receptionist tasks including managing front of house and ensuring the reception area is organised and presented in a professional manner * Meeting clients who present themselves at reception and dealing with their enquiries as necessary * Receiving and making telephone calls to clients and third party contacts including keeping them up to date with matter/transaction progress * Scheduling appointments for Fee Earners * Maintaining Fee Earner diaries * Liaising with all members of staff in relation to client matters * Opening electronic files and inputting client details * Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence * Ensuring electronic and manual client matter files are up to date * Preparing files for storage and retrieving client documents Could you be part of this friendly, award-winning team? As their Receptionist Administrator you will need: * At least 1 years’ experience in a similar receptionist / front of house role * To be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft * Strong communication skills with a high standard of professionalism and courtesy * A clear confident telephone manner * To be organised with a logical approach * Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills Salary & Benefits * Salary c£23,000 per year, negotiable * 24 days of annual leave plus bank holiday * Company Pension Scheme * Private Health Insurance Hours As their Receptionist Administrator you will work 36 hours per week; 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm Friday.
