We're recruiting a Machine Operator to join a successful global print manufacturing business. Whether you're already operating machinery or working as a Production Operative looking for the next step, full training is provided.

The Role:
You’ll be trained to operate specialist print production equipment, ensuring high-quality output in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will learn to:
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Monitor quality and production output
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and maintenance
- Record production information accurately
- Troubleshoot basic production issues
- Support continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For:
We’d like to hear from candidates with experience as a: Machine Operator, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Print Operator, Assembly Operative, or Warehouse Operative (with machine experience). You’ll need:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and instructions
- Basic IT/computer skills
- A reliable, team‑focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop
Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Standard shift pattern (after training):
- Monday – Wednesday: 4:00pm – 2:00am
- Thursday: 3:30pm – 1:00am
Training Period (1‑3 months):
- Monday – Wednesday: 6:30am – 4:30pm
- Thursday: 6:30am – 4:00pm
Please note: During training, the shift premium is not payable. It is applied once training is completed and you move onto the standard shift pattern.
