I’m recruiting for a Database Administrator to join my client’s growing Product Management team. As a Database Administrator, you’ll manage product and pricing data, support internal teams, and maintain accuracy across multiple systems. If you enjoy Excel, working with data, and delivering excellent service, this Database Administrator role could be the perfect fit. Attention to detail is essential, and advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage. My client offers a supportive culture, strong development opportunities, and hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office) to support a healthy work–life balance. A personal trainer, wellbeing initiatives, and a comprehensive employee assistance programme are also included, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated Database Administrator.
Key Duties
- Creating and updating SKUs (bulk and single)
- Managing pricing updates
- Validating and maintaining accurate data
- Conducting Excel-based analysis
- Liaising with vendors for pricelists and queries
- Troubleshooting data and product issues
- Communicating system changes internally
- Maintaining customer pricing and rebate details
Skills Required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail
- Database experience (advantage, not essential)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Comfortable with repetitive data tasks
