We’re looking for a self-motivated and highly organised Administrator to join our clients friendly team in Torbay. The Administrator role involves keeping office documents organised and performing a range of tasks to support the other members of staff. It's a busy and varied role and you will need the ability to prioritise your own workload and work calmly under pressure. What will you be doing as their Administrator * Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence * Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance * Filing and archiving * Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations * Compiling reports * Managing diaries for team members * Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues Could you be part of this fantastic Team As their Administrator you will need: * At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administrator or secretarial role (legal, professional services background would be highly desirable but not essential) * Great communication and time management skills * Advanced IT skills including a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook * Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy for putting together reports and correspondence * Friendly, down to earth personality with a confident telephone manner * Excellent organisational skills The salary is negotiable from £26,500 – £30,000, depending on experience
