- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop new business pipeline and opportunities across the UK aerospace manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
- Conduct regular customer visits, delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations and first‑line technical support.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities, working closely with the internal sales team.
- Deliver product and installation training for customers, supporting successful implementation of Böllhoff’s HELICOIL product range.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support future business growth.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows and customer events, representing the Böllhoff brand.
- WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role, ideally within aerospace, manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- A track record of developing new business whilst managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage a P&L, identify opportunities and convert them into long‑term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging technical and commercial stakeholders.
- The ability to understand engineering applications and explain technical solutions in a clear, customer‑focused manner.
- A self‑motivated, organised approach with the willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
