We’re looking for a proven and commercially successful Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, taking ownership of established accounts while continuing to grow new business within their specialist market.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Consistently achieving and exceeding personal revenue and billing targets.
- Managing and developing long-term client relationships within your specialist sector.
- Delivering a full 360 recruitment service across permanent roles.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment guidance.
- Proactively sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
- Developing new business opportunities alongside maintaining existing accounts.
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.
- Marketing candidates and recruitment services to prospective and existing clients.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring performance against KPIs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a 360, client-facing role.
- Demonstrable track record of billing success and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage and grow client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team and business objectives.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
