The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this senior leadership role leads the development and delivery of the club’s commercial strategy, driving growth across sponsorship, hospitality, advertising, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the club’s commercial strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth across sponsorship, hospitality, advertising, and events.
  • Secure new commercial partnerships and sponsorship agreements.
  • Manage and develop existing partner relationships.
  • Lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve performance targets.
  • Deliver partner activations, commercial events, and hospitality experiences.
  • Manage commercial budgets and performance reporting.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the club’s long-term growth plans.

About You

  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience securing and managing sponsorships, partnerships, or major commercial agreements.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a strategic approach to business development.
