Naturewall are looking for a results driven Trade Partnership Manager to help grow and develop a UK-wide installer network across the interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, and trade sectors. This is a relationship-led business development role focused on recruiting and developing installer accounts, driving repeat business, increasing order values, and building long-term trade partnerships across the UK.
Following significant growth across B2C, B2B, Trade, and Reseller markets, Naturewall are continuing to invest in their trade offering and are looking for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, growing accounts, and developing regional networks. Suitable backgrounds may include trade sales, merchant sales, KBB, interiors, building materials, installer networks, or field-based business development.
As the Trade Partnership Manager, you will report to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for:
- Recruit and onboard installers across the UK
- Build long-term installer relationships that generate repeat business
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to help develop and improve the self-serve trade platform
- Support the creation of a simple and effective trade customer journey
- Work with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and trade communications designed to grow the installer network
- Help launch regional growth campaigns and referral initiatives
- Feed installer and customer insights back into commercial decisions
- Work alongside operations and customer teams to ensure a smooth installation experience
- Ensure installers are equipped with the right products, information, and support
To be the successful Trade Partnership Manager, you will be:
- Commercially minded and results-driven
- Confident both on the phone and face-to-face
- Comfortable working directly with tradespeople
- Able to build strong relationships and grow accounts
- Able to encourage larger, system-based orders rather than one-off purchases
- Practical, hands-on, and action-orientated
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, and operations teams
Experience within building materials, interiors, KBB, merchant sales, trade ecommerce, or installer networks would be highly beneficial.
