Job Title: Graduate Property Manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Mon – Fri Salary: Competitive Location: Central Hull Benefits: 23 days plus bank holidays, your birthday off, pension scheme, parking An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-established Commercial Property business in Hull who are recruiting for a Graduate Property Manager to join their team. The business has seen significant growth since they were established, growing their residential, commercial and management lettings divisions significantly. The Graduate Property Manager will report into their Property Manager and have the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Property management including landlord & tenant matters and service charge accounts * Database management * Assisting the Property Management team * Dealing with tenant queries as they arise * Undertaking inspections/site visits * Providing administration assistance within the department * Liaising with contractors to obtain quotes for works * Develop contractor relationships * Managing client annual budgets and reviewing regularly * Dealing with Health and Safety/compliance requirements To be the successful Graduate Property Manager you will have the following requirements: * Previous experience is not required but a keen interest in property is essential * Excellent administration skills * Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * An ability to react quickly * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * IT Literate particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook * Good communication skills * Full UK Drivers licence and access to vehicle (preferred) This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or candidates with transferable experience who want to develop their career in commercial property. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, extremely organised and enjoy people contact.
