We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team working from the new Monocle building in Hull City Centre. As Recruitment Resourcer you’ll play a key role in resourcing and building strong relationships, delivering results, and driving business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Identifying, attracting, qualifying, and engaging high-calibre talent for live and future opportunities.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines, candidate communities, and strategic market networks.
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Leveraging technology, AI, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Supporting business development activity through market mapping, contact management, client meetings, marketing campaigns, and talent delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, talent attraction, or B2C / B2B customer facing role.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with a passion for delivering results.
- Confidence using technology, CRM systems, social media, and AI tools.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
