An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a growing organisation in East Yorkshire. This influential role will be responsible for developing a customer-first culture and ensuring customer needs are reflected in operational and strategic decisions. You will build strong relationships, manage customer escalations and use feedback and performance data to identify and deliver service improvements.
