What you'll be doing
- Leading the investigation and close-out of non-conformances, including complaints, SCARs, and NCRs.
- Responding to technical queries, RFIs, and compliance documentation requests within agreed timelines.
- Supporting internal audit programmes and site inspections to drive compliance and improvement.
- Reviewing batch documentation and releasing products in line with procedures and GMP/GDP requirements.
- Supporting risk assessments (e.g. HACCP) and managing change control activities.
- Promoting a strong quality culture through coaching, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing document control processes, including SOP creation and maintenance of technical files.
- Conducting quality inspections, including incoming goods, finished goods, and AQL sampling where required.
- Monitoring and improving quality processes in line with ISO and BRCGS standards.
- Supporting development of new quality processes, SOPs, specifications, and testing requirements.
What you'll bring
- Experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of QMS, GMP, and quality standards (ISO / BRCGS desirable).
- Experience investigating non-conformances and implementing CAPAs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Internal auditing experience (desirable).
