Operations Associate

Nilpeter are looking for an Operations Associate to join their UK service department. The role encompasses Inventory control, receiving and fulfilling customer orders, supporting the engineering team to ensure all the necessary parts are available to meet specific planned deadlines. Main Duties – Responsibilities: * This role shall assume responsibility for the Spare parts inventory * Working as a part of the service team to meet time critical deadlines HSE Responsibilities * Part of the general Health and safety team and activities associated with this including COSHH updates Administration * Stock control using our accounting package, currently Sage, training will be given * Raising purchase orders for suppliers, general purchasing and annual stocktakes * Ensure all internal communications are read, understood, adhered to, and acknowledged Quality Control * Take an active role in the continual improvement * Involved in monthly reporting Stock Control and Delivery / Logistics * Maintain an understanding of logistics, suppliers, and IT.
