This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who understands how to keep multiple projects moving, communicate confidently with clients and maintain close control of every aspect of project delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from handover through to completion.
  • Monitor project programmes, budgets, specifications and delivery risks.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and designers.
  • Manage client communication, site progress, defects and project reporting.
  • Control variations, costs, invoices, purchase orders and overall project performance.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Experience managing construction contracts from initial handover through to completion.
  • Ideally, a background in mechanical, electrical, combined M&E or building services projects.
  • The ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities and deadlines.
  • Sound commercial knowledge covering variations, costs and contractual risk.
  • Strong project-planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and confident approach to client and stakeholder management.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
  • Excellent salary, benefits and company car or car allowance.
  • Ownership of a diverse portfolio of technically varied projects.
  • A highly autonomous role spanning the full contract lifecycle.
  • Support from experienced operational, commercial and engineering teams.
  • A long-term career with an established business operating across M&E, maintenance and renewable energy.
