A varied HR generalist role with genuine ownership and the opportunity to influence the business.
- Work closely with managers, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice.
- Make an impact across employee relations, engagement, performance and people development.
- Coach and support apprentices and future talent, helping them develop their skills, build confidence and progress within the business.
- Providing day-to-day HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers and employees across the business.
- Managing a range of employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee development and performance management activities.
- Advising on HR policies, procedures and UK employment legislation to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
- Supporting HR projects, organisational change and wider people initiatives designed to improve engagement, retention and the employee experience.
Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- A CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or progress towards one, would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and practical experience managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
