GW Power is recruiting a Commercial Manager to strengthen commercial performance across its growing portfolio of projects. The Commercial Manager will work closely with operational, finance, estimating and site teams to manage costs, contracts and risk. As Commercial Manager, you’ll provide the financial insight and commercial guidance needed to keep projects on track. This opportunity would suit a commercially astute professional who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving and turning financial information into action.
GW Power is an established M&E, renewable technologies, maintenance and decarbonisation provider delivering projects across commercial and public-sector estates. Its portfolio spans electrical and mechanical installations, service and maintenance, testing and compliance, and low-carbon technologies.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll play a central role in protecting the commercial performance of projects across the business. Working closely with contract managers, estimators, accounts, site teams and clients, you’ll provide the contractual guidance and commercial challenge needed to support successful delivery.
From cash-flow forecasting and contract reviews to valuations, variations and final accounts, you’ll bring greater commercial visibility to key projects and ensure stakeholders are informed.
