Emmaus in Emmaus Village Carlton is seeking two Weekend Support Workers to join our community team. In this role, you will help support individuals who have experienced homelessness in rebuilding their lives through practical and emotional encouragement.

Your work will focus on creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents can grow in confidence and independence. This position requires compassion and a person-centered approach, and values individuals from diverse backgrounds.
