We\'re seeking a Retail Operations Manager to ensure the effective and efficient day to day running of our social enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for making a difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness and social isolation.

About the Role

Emmaus Hertfordshire is a homelessness charity with a difference. We don’t just offer people a bed for the night. We provide a home for as long as it’s needed, meaningful work and a sense of belonging.

We\'re looking for an organised and energetic Retail Operations Manager to join our team and help build resilience and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be a driving force in our growth and development.

Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of Emmaus Hertfordshire’s retail operations with an opportunity to really make this role your own. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing logistics and enhancing the customer experience.

  • You have a true love for retail with a commercial mindset and excellent organisational skills.
  • You know how to recruit and develop a team of volunteers, and have an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
