About the role
The Deputy CEO & Head of Operations is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for translating organisational strategy into effective operational delivery.
As the Chief Executive’s deputy, the postholder will lead the day-to-day operation of Emmaus Merseyside, ensuring the organisation is safe, compliant, well-managed and capable of delivering high-quality services to companions, our partners, and the general public.
We are seeking an exceptional leader who can help shape the future of Emmaus Merseyside. This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for someone who can lead people, drive improvement, champion safeguarding, build systems, strengthen compliance and act as a trusted deputy to the Chief Executive Officer.
