Do you have a passion for gardening and want your skills to make a meaningful impact? Join our team as a Gardener and help us create and maintain beautiful, welcoming green spaces that support people rebuilding their lives after homelessness.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day care and maintenance of our public and private garden areas
- Supporting gardening volunteers and companions, helping them develop confidence, skills, and experience in gardening
- Planning and managing year-round planting and development to keep our grounds thriving in every season
- Working alongside companions as part of the wider maintenance team, contributing to their training and personal development
