The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial operations and provide accurate, timely financial information for the organisation. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and CEO and attending monthly finance meetings with the trustees and external accountants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating invoices and uploading bills to the internal system
  • Tracking payments
  • Addressing unpaid bills with clients directly
  • Keeping track of petty cash transactions
  • Paying invoices in a timely manner

You will work closely with our external accountants to ensure that the monthly management accounts can be produced on time and that any other ad-hoc financial reporting can be produced. You will also play a role in the annual business planning and budgeting process and any subsequent reforecasts.

We are looking for someone who has brilliant organisation and prioritisation skills as you will be juggling tasks daily while still having some strict deadlines. We also want someone who can think strategically, but isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and pitch in to get things done. You must have excellent attention to detail as well as written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks is essential.
