We are looking for someone to join our Operations Team as an E-Commerce Assistant. The E-Commerce Assistant is a new role at Emmaus Cambridge working with the Online Sales Coordinator you will ensure that donated items are sold using the most appropriate platforms by developing our presence on platforms such as Vinted, Depop and TikTok. You will also work with companions to support them working towards their personal development goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling using a range of online sales platforms in either a paid or voluntary role to be able to contribute to the online sales activity of our social enterprise. You will have excellent customer service skills, be a confident communicator and have good attention to detail. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate others, whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
