Could you help keep our gardens and green spaces thriving, productive and welcoming for everyone in our community? We are looking for a Gardener to help maintain and develop the public and private gardens across our community site in Carlton, Bedfordshire.

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, volunteers and companions, the role involves:

  • Routine gardening
  • Planning seasonal planting and growing schemes
  • Supporting fruit and vegetable production
  • Helping to create welcoming outdoor spaces across the village

The successful candidate will also play an important role in supporting companions, staff and volunteers to develop practical gardening skills through a positive, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of health and safety, managing gardening equipment and contributing to the wider maintenance and community team.
