Two inspirational and welcoming Catholic primary schools working together for the first time in partnership, offering a tremendous opportunity to become their inaugural Executive Headteacher. Following the imminent retirement of their respective Headteachers at the end of 2018, the role of Executive Headteacher arises at St Winefride's and St John the Evangelist Catholic Primary Schools (roll: 444 & 208 respectively) – representing a unique and exciting opportunity to lead and develop two strong schools which are situated in, and with strong links to, the Mary Mother of God Parish in the Diocese of Leeds.

This is a rare opportunity to become a senior Catholic primary school leader within the Bradford area. The role is likely to appeal to an existing Headteacher or Head of School looking for their next challenge or indeed a strong Deputy Head looking for their first step into Headship. A requirement of the post is that applicants must be practising Catholics.

You will be ably supported by a committed school community and diocesan team as well as the practical and strategic support which comes from both schools forming an integral part of the Blessed Christopher Wharton Catholic Academy Trust and the Bradford Catholic Schools Partnership Teaching Schools Alliance.

Our school is an equal opportunities employer and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. CRB check required.
