Our school is at an exciting stage. Having successfully addressed behaviour and attendance issues, we are now focused on the quality of education—curriculum, teaching and learning—and are seeking to appoint a second Deputy Headteacher to take overall responsibility for these areas.
You are likely to have a strong curriculum and teaching and learning background at whole-school level, having progressed through a Head of Department route rather than a pastoral route, and currently be at Assistant Head or Deputy Head level.
