Emmaus Leadership have been retained by the Diocese of Brentwood to recruit a Deputy Director of Education. The post is permanent, full time (0.8 FTE considered) starting January 2027 and based within the Diocese's education network spanning Essex and London boroughs.
The Deputy Director will build strong relationships with local authorities, the Regional Director, DfE and Ofsted to ensure high standards across 90 schools, while safeguarding the Catholic educational heritage and shaping a future.
