We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team and help us expand our digital presence. Our Social Enterprises are not only essential in providing the majority of the funding required to run our community - they also provide meaningful work and training for our Companions.

You'll have full ownership of Emmaus Hertfordshire's online retail operations with an opportunity to really make this role your own. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing our digital platforms, expanding into new ones and enhancing the customer experience. You will lead the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organisational values. You will also play a key role in advocating for Emmaus and educating your local community about our work.

You have a true love for retail and a strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
