You will work closely with our Central IT Team and Cluster IT Managers to support the delivery of IT services across multiple schools within our community. This role offers real responsibility from day one and the opportunity to develop advanced technical, project management and leadership skills while completing a degree apprenticeship.

What You’ll Do
- Providing first-line and second-line technical support to staff and students
- Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets in line with service standards
- Installing, maintaining and repairing IT hardware, software and peripherals
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows desktop environments and cloud-based services
- Assisting with network, server and telephony troubleshooting
- Supporting cybersecurity, safeguarding and data protection compliance requirements
- Maintaining IT asset registers, documentation and inventories
- Supporting SharePoint development and digital collaboration platforms
- Assisting with project delivery, including infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts
- Monitoring and maintaining backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes
- Working across multiple school sites, providing responsive and professional technical support
- Supporting the implementation of Emmaus CAT's IT strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
