The Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust and local governing body of Corpus Christi are dedicated to providing an outstanding Catholic education to our children and pupils. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will:
- Support the class teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of engaging learning experiences.
- Have high expectations for all children and be committed to nurturing their development, independence and well-being.
- Always demonstrate professionalism and work effectively as part of a supportive team.
- Be enthusiastic, positive, inspirational and self-motivated, with a caring and child-centred approach.
- Have a sound understanding of child development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, staff and parents.
- Have previous experience working within a primary school.
- Be initially based in either EYFS or Key Stage 1.
