The local governing body of St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy in Stockport are looking to appoint an Examinations and Data Officer to take responsibility for the effective planning, organisation and delivery of internal exams. The successful candidate will ensure examinations run smoothly and in full compliance with JCQ regulations, creating the best possible environment for students to perform at their best.
You will oversee exam timetabling, manage secure materials, coordinate invigilators, and act as the key point of contact for all examination-related matters. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will produce high-quality performance reports and support the tracking and achievement of student outcomes. It will be your responsibility to ensure accurate data is produced to set timescales which contain insightful information that supports whole-school improvement. You will be confident in using the school’s MIS system.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application and will be subject to further safer recruitment checks, such as references, with ID documents retained on file.
