We are expanding our central IT team and appointing an IT Mobile Engineer to support the strategic and operational delivery of our IT systems across a cluster of schools.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Cluster IT Manager to ensure day‑to‑day IT services run smoothly.
- Provide first‑line support to staff and students, managing help‑desk tickets.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of hardware, software and audiovisual equipment.
- Support the development of IT infrastructure, documentation and asset management.
- Ensure systems remain secure, compliant and aligned with CAT standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services across the cluster.
- Support the development of SharePoint sites and assist with major IT projects.
- Ensure safeguarding, security and data protection requirements are consistently upheld.
- Deliver responsive and professional support across the schools within the cluster.
