We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and committed Director of Mathematics to provide maternity cover for a period of one year in our large and thriving Catholic secondary school.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Mathematics department
- Inspire and support a team of dedicated teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
- Monitor and raise standards of attainment and progress across all key stages
- Contribute to whole-school improvement and work collaboratively with senior leaders
- Promote a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and academic excellence
